Sometimes, the demands placed on your IT equipment change while it is being used. For example, if it has to be used for longer than was originally planned, but the manufacturer's warranty has already expired. Or if the equipment has to work around the clock and, if it malfunctions, a service engineer has to be available as quickly as possible - 24 hours a day. However, the manufacturer only guarantees a response time of twelve hours. In these cases a CHG-MERIDIAN maintenance concept offers you all the benefits of an extended guarantee.
Our maintenance concept enables you to extend the cover and/or the term of a guarantee. For example, you can upgrade an existing two-year return to base guarantee to a two-year on-site service, or you can extend a three-year on-site service to four years. You can, of course, take advantage of CHG-MERIDIAN's maintenance and guarantee services from the outset by upgrading the manufacturer's one-year return to base warranty to a four-year on-site service plus a defined service level.
You decide when your maintenance contract cover starts. You can either specify the service level as soon as you start to use the equipment or you can wait until the manufacturer's warranty expires and then take out a maintenance contract cover. You can take out a maintenance cover on both new equipment and equipment that is already being used. You can extend its cover and services for up to 60 months.

The maintenance premiums are added to your monthly lease payments. This provides you with optimum cost transparency and planning certainty for the entire period you are using your IT equipment.
